Metal Mart partnered with Naylor Love on the new endoscopy facility at 22 Kipling Avenue, Newmarket, delivering a comprehensive metalwork package spanning the full building envelope and its access ways.

The flashing schedule alone ran to more than 50 individual details, parapet caps, sills, saddles, transitions, window and door junctions, all fabricated from powder coated aluminium in thicknesses matched to each detail. On a healthcare build with multiple cladding systems meeting across the facade, every junction had to be resolved cleanly and weathertight, and our in-house press brake capability meant each profile was folded precisely to its drawing reference and delivered to programme.

Beyond the envelope, we supplied and installed structural steel plate to the partition head details across the building, seismic joint cover plates, welded glazing support angles, and fully welded powder coated aluminium surrounds matched to the door joinery. The access package brought the finishing touch: brushed stainless steel handrails to the internal stairs, galvanised and powder coated balustrades to the vehicle ramp, and entrance handrails fitted with integrated LED lighting to guide patients and visitors after dark.
