Metal Mart partnered with Focus Construction Group on the upgrade of the Central Sterile Services Department at North Shore Hospital, supplying and installing the specialist metal linings for one of the hospital's most critical environments.

The CSSD is where surgical instruments are sterilised and processed, a space where hygiene, durability, and precision are non negotiable. Our scope included over 40 metres of textured stainless steel wall lining, delivered in stages to work around the department's operational requirements, along with stainless corner guards, aluminium chequer plate wall protection, and stainless trims and flashings fitted around the transfer hatch and washer equipment, each site measured for an exact fit.
