Scope: Marine Grade Stainless Steel Gutters, POU Fixing Brackets

Metal Mart supported the construction of the Park Hyatt Auckland, the five star hotel on the Wynyard Quarter waterfront, supplying precision fabricated components for the build.

Our scope included custom gutters fabricated from grade 316 marine grade stainless steel, the right material for a building that lives metres from the sea, where lesser grades corrode and premium projects demand finishes that hold. We also manufactured custom fixing brackets, made in-house to exact tolerances to suit the wall build ups and alignment requirements of the specialist trades installing them.

It was a focused package on a landmark build, and that is exactly the point. On projects of this calibre, every component matters, and main contractors need fabricators they can trust with the details, whether the scope is a full building envelope or a precise set of parts made right the first time.

The Park Hyatt sits among New Zealand's finest buildings, and we are glad to count our work as part of it.
