Scope: Custom Fabricated Flashings, Covers, and Trims

Metal Mart partnered with Form Building & Developments on the remediation of Somerville Intermediate School, a seven stage programme delivered progressively across the campus while the school remained in daily use.

Across the life of the project, our team supplied custom fabricated flashings over 75 separate orders. Every piece was made to suit its specific detail, custom welded where required, and powdercoated for long term durability. Remediation work of this nature leaves no room for off the shelf solutions, and each stage brought its own set of junctions, profiles, and finishes to resolve.

This is the work we do best. Custom flashings, covers, and trims, fabricated in aluminium or stainless steel, with in-house laser cutting and press brake capability for the pieces that demand extra accuracy. That in-house control is what allowed us to keep 75 orders moving to programme across seven stages without compromising on fit or finish.
