Scope: Aluminium Expanded Mesh Panels

Metal Mart was engaged to support the fitout of the Connect Digital Services workspace at the University of Auckland’s 906 Structures Hall. In collaboration with K2 Interiors, we delivered a custom aluminium mesh package that brought both form and function to the project’s open-plan breakout and kitchen zones.

We supplied and installed expanded aluminium mesh panels chosen to meet the project’s visual and performance goals. Each panel was powder coated in a standard Dulux colour and manufactured to ensure consistency across all installed locations.

Although structural framing was completed by others, our team ensured every panel was fabricated to precise dimensions and installed with a high level of finish. The result was a clean and integrated look that complemented the collaborative design intent of the interior space.

This project reflects Metal Mart’s ability to deliver architectural feature elements on programme and to specification. With clear communication, quality fabrication, and a focus on detail, we supported a seamless fitout experience from start to finish.
